BHARATIYA INSTITUTE OF HUMAN EXCELLENCE
The future belongs to the youth who are upright, hardworking, and visionary. We aim to create such a group of workforce who will be able to handle any situation in life from spiritual to mundane. They will be men/women of character and wherever they will go they will make a difference. This workforce will come from the young boys between the age between 20 and 35. They will be trained to be self-confident. While the manual work and exercises will take care of their physical health; study, music, writings, public speaking will take care of their mental aspect, and meditation, yoga, and prayer will take care of spiritual development.

The minimum qualification will be 12th pass and those who are ready to accept any work for their self-development will be accepted as Trainee.  The decision regarding the acceptance of candidates will be taken by the Executive Committee. The total seat number will be 10 persons (5 boys and 5 girls) to begin with.

Senior people (between 40 and 70 years of age) who want to join as a member of the dedicated group of workers should be free from family responsibility. They should possess a degree in any discipline or higher qualification. They also have to undergo one year oneline training suitable for their age.

The study of Sri Ramakrishna Kathamitra, the complete works of Swami Vivekananda, The Bhagwad Gita, Upanishads, Savitri, Letters on Yoga, Synthesis of Yoga, collected works of Ramana Maharshi and his life, Autobiography of a Yogi, and life of great spiritual personalities in India, Indian Culture and other great civilizations of the world will be taken up for studies during the training. They will also undergo training on computer usage, emails, website making, DTP, etc.

Thus, getting inspiration from such great lives and treatises, we believe, the trainees will be able to stand on their legs and lead a happy, peaceful and prosperous life. The seniors will also be able to live a satisfying life at the Institute.

The Institute aims to become independent financially through funds generated by internal accruals and from donations without riders.

This virtual Institute will become operational from April 1, 2025.

"Religion should unite all hearts and cause wars and disputes to vanish from the face of the earth, give birth to spirituality, and bring life and light to each heart. If religion becomes a cuase of dislike, hatred and division, it were better to be without it, and to withdraw from such a religion would be a religious act. For it is clear that the purpose of a remedy is to cure; but if the remedy should only aggravate the complaint it had better be left alone. Any religion which is not a cause of love and unity is no religion.

- Bahaullah

"Teach yourselves, teach everyone his/her real nature, call upon the sleeping soul and see how it awakes.  Power will come, glory will come, goodness will come, purity will come, and everything that is excellent will come, when this sleeping soul is roused to self-conscious activity."

- Swami Vivekananda.

Igniting fire in you.
.The conclusions of Vedanta:

1. The world is impermanent; it is ever-changing.

This impermanence gives rise to inquiry into what is permanent.  Thus life's mission is set.  Because it is ever-changing, every moment is new, there is no stagnation.

2. The world is full of dualities of life, of pain and pleasure, good and bad :

The dualities of life give color to it, pain and pleasure are the only difference in degree. It depends on how you look at life and utilize your opportunities or failures (by gaining experience from it) to enrich it.  For instance, while a sick man suffers, for a doctor it becomes an opportunity to serve. Freedom to choose is yours.

3. The world, though impermanent, is ever-rooted in Existence - in other words, it emerges from the Self or Pure Consciousness. It does not come from anything; it comes from pure Existence.

When the source is pure, the creation cannot be impure.  The world is a Laboratory. Here we experiment and experience the dual nature of things and learn the art of living.

4. The way out of the world is through the practice of detachment and other spiritual disciplines

We are not here to find a way out but to make this life so fruitful, so beautiful that living becomes a joyful experience.  Of course, detachment and other disciplines help overcome difficult situations in life

"If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don't! If you want to win, but think you can't, It's almost a cinch you won't.   If you think you'll lose, you're lost; For out in the world we find Success begins with a fellow's will; It's all in the state of the mind.   Life's battles don't always go to the stronger and faster man, But sooner or later the man who wins is the man who thinks he can."
Walter D. Wintle

Real attainment is to be fully conscious, to be aware of surroundings and the people around, to move among them all, but not to merge consciousness in the environment. One should remain in inner independent awareness.

What God won't ask you

God won't ask the square footage of your house, but will ask how many people you welcomed into your home.

God won't ask about the fancy clothes you had in your closet, but will ask how many of those clothes helped the needy.

God won't ask what your highest salary was, but will ask if you compromised your character to obtain that salary.

God won't ask how much overtime you worked, but will ask if you worked overtime for your family and loved ones.

God won't ask how many promotions you received, but will ask how you promoted others.

God won't ask what you did to help yourself, but will ask what you did to help others.

God won't ask how many friends you had, but will ask how many people to whom you were a true friend.

God won't ask in what neighbourhood you lived, but will ask how you treated your neighbour.
